Yes. ProcessMyDocs supports PDF (digital or scanned), DOC/DOCX, XLS/XLSX, CSV, and TXT files. Scanned PDFs are automatically handled via OCR, so you can extract data from both native and scanned documents without extra steps.
Your documents are stored securely in managed cloud object storage with enterprise-grade encryption. We collect only the data necessary for processing (email, document metadata, usage analytics). All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 standards. You can delete your documents anytime, and they're permanently removed from our systems.
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your subscription stays active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly), and it won’t renew after cancellation. We don’t offer refunds for partial periods or unused credits. Add‑on packs are also non‑refundable. After your plan expires, you’ll see the pricing page on your next sign‑in.

All plans support uploads up to 5MB per file. Plan differences cover monthly document limits and how many files you can include in a single bulk upload. If you need more capacity, optional add‑on packs increase your monthly document allotment (not per‑file size).
